Website Policy

Last updated July 12, 2026

Welcome to the Regnexify website. By using this site, you agree to the policy below. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Privacy

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Information you provide, including your name, contact details, facility information, and the answers you give during intake, is used to build your documents and to communicate with you about your order. We may share information with a licensing agency where doing so is part of completing your application, or with a third party (such as a bonding company or bank) where you've specifically authorized that release as part of a document we're preparing for you. We collect anonymous usage data to understand how visitors use this site; that data isn't linked to your personal information.

Copyright

Everything on this site (text, design, and the document templates we've built) is owned by Regnexify or used under license, and all rights are reserved. You're welcome to browse and use this site for your own purposes, but you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative versions of our materials without our written permission.

Links

You're welcome to link to our homepage as long as the link doesn't present Regnexify in a false or misleading way. Please don't frame our content within another site, and don't post your own content to our site without our prior consent.

Disclaimer

We build accurate, complete documents based on the information you provide, and a licensing specialist reviews every package before release. That said, this site and the documents we produce are provided as-is: we make no guarantee that a document we prepare will be approved by CDSS or any other agency, since that decision is always made by the relevant government body, not by us. We aren't liable for damages arising from your use of this site or the documents we provide, beyond what's required by law.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be handled in California state or federal courts.

Changes & termination

We may suspend access to this site or end your use of it at any time, including for violating this policy. The Disclaimer and Governing Law sections above survive any such termination.
