Regnexify is an administrative document-preparation and compliance consulting service. We are not a law firm, we do not act as attorneys in providing this service, and nothing we provide - including documents, templates, guidance, or communications with our team - constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Our specialists review your documents for completeness and accuracy against CDSS and other regulatory requirements; that review is administrative, not legal, in nature. Your order and these terms together make up the written service agreement between you and Regnexify for the service you purchased. If your situation calls for legal advice - including questions about liability, contract disputes, or how a law applies to your specific circumstances - we recommend you consult a licensed attorney.
When you place an order, your card is charged at checkout so we can begin work right away. This applies to every document, bundle, and service we offer, regardless of size.
All document and package purchases are final once work has begun on your order. If you need a correction to something we made an error on, request the change through your portal and we'll fix it at no additional cost. Turnaround time refers to how quickly we complete your documents once we have everything we need from you. It does not refer to how long CDSS or any other licensing agency takes to review or approve your application once submitted.
Purchasing a document, package, or license application service from us does not guarantee approval by CDSS or any other licensing or regulatory agency. We build accurate, complete documents based on the information you provide and have them reviewed by a licensing specialist before release, but the final approval decision always belongs to the relevant government agency, not to us. Our team will be with you from the start to the end to make sure your facility gets licensed.
License application services and correction support are one-time purchases billed in full at checkout - there is no recurring or subscription billing for any service we offer. Our 1-hour RCFE licensing consultation and our compliance gap checker are both provided free of charge and are not billed at all.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
