The Admission Package bundles the Admission Agreement with all required disclosure documents, consent forms, and intake records that must be completed at or before a resident's move-in date. It replaces the need to source each form individually.
The Admission Agreement ($109) is the legal contract only. The Admission Package ($179) adds the supporting intake forms - health history, property inventory, medication authorization, emergency contacts, and consent forms - that are also required at admission.
